How do I ensure colors print or stitch correctly?
We can match threads to colors as close as possible. Guarantee of perfect match is only available on custom dyed thread which takes 3 months lead time.
Do you charge for minor artwork cleanup?
Currently 30 mins of art is billed on any work that is done within the first 30 minutes.
Can I see a proof before production begins?
Yes. We will email you a proof of what the art will look like on your purchased item from the online store.
What if I don’t have a logo - can you help create one?
Currently, we do not offer in house art creation services. We recommend you use fiverr.com to find someone who can help create what you are looking for.
What’s the difference between vector and raster artwork?
Vector is a scalable format that allows us to stretch or shrink a design without any loss of quality.
Raster or Bitmaps do not have this same ability and can become pixelated if stretching .5 times is original size
How do you handle copyrighted or trademarked images?
We will not produce any design that you personally do not have the rights to reproduce. If the design belongs to you and you own the rights to it we can print it.
